Biking enthusiast Louis Priddey has won a stunning new Kawasaki motorcycle – just weeks after buying himself a nine-year-old Yamaha.
Louis, who lives with his partner Leanne and their 3-year-old son Charlie in Droitwich, Worcs., won the £7,300 Kawasaki Z1000 in a national magazine competition run by Autoglym.
After taking delivery of the bike at Cradley Heath Motorcycles, Louis, a 24-year-old lorry driver, said: “I bought a 1999 Yamaha R6 only three weeks ago, but that will now have to go!
“I have never won anything before in my life – it’s unreal. When I received the telephone call saying I had won the bike from Autoglym I didn’t believe it, and neither did Leanne. It’s a magnificent bike.”
The pair run two cars, a Peugeot 306 and a Vauxhall Astra. “The bike really will be for pleasure,” said Louis as he admired the beautiful green machine.
