At 420gsm, the Polar Mitt’s polyester microfibre cotton warp weave is highly absorbent, yet super light even when wet. Designed to transfer large volumes of shampoo to your vehicle, provide a soft agitation and a pristine swirl-free finish, the Polar Mitt is the perfect accompaniment to our Polar Wash, plus many other Autoglym shampoo products.
Keep your Polar Mitt sparkling with the dual-purpose bag. Put the mitt into the bag before throwing it into the washing machine (at 40 degrees), or use it as storage, ensuring your mitt doesn’t get dirty when not in use.
Multi-length cotton microfibres and fine polyester split - they’re both lightweight but together they’re highly absorbent, helping to generate heavy-duty soap suds for safe agitation, swirl prevention and less chance of missing an area.
To help keep the Polar Mitt comfortably on your hand and off the floor, we’ve included a tapered, elasticated cuff that’ll hug your hand for an ideal, close fit. We’ve then added a centre seam to increase control on all surfaces for a pristine finish.
Polar Mitt is machine washable at 40 degrees.
We do advise to wash separately from cloths or sensitive materials.
You can also hand wash Polar Mitt if preferred in cold or warm water.
After washing leave the Polar Mitt in the bag and hang to dry.
The bag will also prevent contamination of the glove whilst stored so you avoid scratches on car with next wash.
Important: Do not use with strong detergents or wheel cleaner.

A: The seam is there to keep better grip during the washing process. It will give you more grip and control for a better and more efficient car clean.
Q: Does Polar Mitt release colour when I clean it in wash machine?
A: No but always wash separately and without softener.

A: Yes, as long as those cloths have not been used with abrasive (polish) products. These fine residues may become embedded in the microfibre strands in your Polar Mitt, which could cause fine scratches in paint when next used.
