Delivery & Returns


To protect our hard working team, their families, and the community, we are operating strict social distancing measures throughout our business. See Coronavirus Information for our customers.

  • We have always endeavoured to deliver orders on a next day basis, however safety is our number one priority. It has become necessary for us to temporarily withdraw the next day delivery service, enabling our fulfilment centre staff to pick and dispatch orders, at a safe social distance from each other.
  • With a significant increase in demand we have taken extra steps to continue to operate as you have come to expect. This includes more than doubling our fulfilment centre space to enable social distancing. As a result of these changes we are excited to announce the return of Express Delivery! All UK Mainland deliveries will take between 1 to 2 working days to deliver when ordered before 1pm.
  • For your safety, our delivery drivers will not ask for a signature upon delivery. They will record your name from a distance, and may take a photograph of your delivery.
  • Autoglym is working closely with our hard working carrier partners, however as demand on home delivery increases, unfortunately delays may happen outside of our control.


  • How much does delivery cost?
    Good News! Delivery is free of charge for all Autoglym Retail orders £50 and over!
    For Autoglym Retail orders £49.99 or under, a small £4.99 fee applies for postage and packing.

    For all orders of Autoglym Professional products, a £20.00 fee applies for postage and packing. See our Autoglym Professional section for full details below.
    Exceptions apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. See our Exceptions Section below.
  • How long does my order take to ship? When will my order arrive?
    All UK Mainland orders placed before 1pm are shipped for delivery within 1 to 2 working days (excluding public holidays).
    We always strive to deliver this service, however due to demand on all UK parcel carriers at the present time, delays may occur beyond our control.
  • Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands?
    Even better news, yes we do, although additional postage and packaging fees do apply!

    Extra training and care has to be taken by our expert partners to carefully deliver orders over air, sea, or distant terrain. Some of our delivery charges are passed on by Autoglym. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery to these Postcodes at this time.

    Orders to these areas are dispatched as per UK Mainland standards above. Our partners may take between 2-3 working days to deliver your order.

  • Why are there additional charges for Autoglym Professional products?
    Safely and legally moving larger quantities of liquid from A to B takes a lot of care and attention.
    During these difficult times, we have endeavoured to ensure our loyal customers can continue to enjoy the benefits of Autoglym Professional products, without inflating our advertised prices, or hiding the cost of delivery in the product that you pay for. We have listened carefully to you, our professional customers, many of whom buy a significant number of Autoglym Professional products per order. A flat £20.00 fee applies regardless of the size of your order, from a full pallet, to a large parcel, each delivered by carefully trained ‘Dangerous Goods’ drivers.

    For free collection or delivery, you can continue to purchase from your local Autoglym Franchisee who continues to operate following strict social distancing guidelines.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    We're sorry! We're currently polishing up our plans to ship to addresses outside of the UK. In the meantime, we currently only dispatch products to UK addresses.
  • Can I track my parcel?
    Pedal to the metal! Once our hard working dispatch team have packed your parcel, our friendly carrier partner will send you a handy tracking code using the details you have provided! We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know your package is on its way!

  • Oops! I didn’t want that! Can I return it?
    Of course! If your order was placed within the last 21 days, you can return part or all of your order to us if you no longer require the goods. Contact our friendly Customer Care team here to arrange a return. Have your order number at the ready.
  • Are returns free?
    Sorry, we are unable to offer free returns right now.
  • I have opened the product, can I return it for a refund?
    If the product you received didn’t live up to our usual highly polished expectation, our Customer Care team are standing by to assist. Contact us here.
    If you no longer want the product for another reason, unfortunately we are unable to refund once the product has been opened or used.
  • My product is damaged or doesn’t perform to my expectations, what can I do?
    We’re sorry to hear this! We’d like to help! Contact our Customer Care team who will arrange a replacement, or discuss the return options with you.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Any refunds will be made on the debit/credit card which you used to pay for your order.
  • How quickly will I receive my refund?
    Usually our expert team will refund your order within 48 hours of receiving and double checking your return. This can take up to 14 days in busy periods.

  • Which payment cards do you accept?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Maestro.
  • Are there any payment cards you cannot accept?
    Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.
  • My card is registered outside of the UK, will you accept this?
    For security and fraud detection, we are unable to process payments from credit/debit cards registered at a non-UK address.
  • Do you store any card information?
    We always process payment at the point your order is placed, and never store card information.
