IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

To protect our hard working team, their families, and the community, we are operating strict social distancing measures throughout our business.

  • At peak times this may mean we are unable to increase the number of colleagues required to cope with demand.
  • We will always endeavour to stick to our promises below, however from time to time your order may take up to three additional working days to arrive.
  • For your safety, our delivery drivers will not ask for a signature upon delivery. They will record your name from a distance, and may take a photograph of your delivery.

Delivery


  • How much does delivery cost?
    Good News! Delivery is free of charge for all orders £50 and over! For all orders under £49.99, a small £4.99 fee applies for postage and packing.
  • How long does my order take to ship? When will my order arrive?
    All UK Mainland orders placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday*) are shipped for Next Working Day delivery (excluding public holidays).

    *Orders placed before 1pm on Friday are shipped for delivery on Monday.
    Orders placed Saturday - Sunday (and public holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day for Next Day delivery.
  • Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands?
    Even better news, yes we do! Exceptions* to our normal delivery standards apply.
    *We're sorry, shipping liquid over liquid isn't as easy as you might think! Extra care has to be taken by our expert partners to carefully deliver your order to our usual polished standards!
    Orders to these areas are dispatched as per UK Mainland standards above. Our partners may take between 2-5 working days to deliver your order.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    We're sorry! We're currently polishing up our plans to ship to addresses outside of the UK. In the meantime, we currently only dispatch products to UK addresses.
  • Can I track my parcel?
    Peddle to the metal! Once our hard working dispatch team have packed your parcel, our friendly carrier partner will send you a handy tracking code using the details you have provided! We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know your package is on its way!

Returns


  • Oops! I didn’t want that! Can I return it?
    Of course! If your order was placed within the last 21 days, you can return part or all of your order to us if you no longer require the goods. Contact our friendly Customer Care team here to arrange a return. Have your order number at the ready.
  • Are returns free?
    Sorry, we are unable to offer free returns right now.
  • I have opened the product, can I return it for a refund?
    If the product you received didn’t live up to our usual highly polished expectation, our Customer Care team are standing by to assist. Contact us here.
    If you no longer want the product for another reason, unfortunately we are unable to refund once the product has been opened or used.
  • My product is damaged or doesn’t perform to my expectations, what can I do?
    We’re sorry to hear this! We’d like to help! Contact our Customer Care team who will arrange a replacement, or discuss the return options with you.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Any refunds will be made on the debit/credit card which you used to pay for your order.
  • How quickly will I receive my refund?
    Usually our expert team will refund your order within 48 hours of receiving and double checking your return. This can take up to 14 days in busy periods.

  • Which payment cards do you accept?
    We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Maestro.
  • Are there any payment cards you cannot accept?
    Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.
  • My card is registered outside of the UK, will you accept this?
    For security and fraud detection, we are unable to process payments from credit/debit cards registered at a non-UK address.
  • Do you store any card information?
    We always process payment at the point your order is placed, and never store card information.
