Undercover grime busting
The beating heart of your car – the engine. It may be out of sight but it’s certainly not out of mind, which is why it deserves the same love and attention as the exterior of your car. Introducing Engine & Machine Cleaner, another Autoglym product that makes light work of stubborn dirt and grease, restoring shine to an otherwise neglected area.
Spray on. Rinse off
All you need is a bottle of Engine & Machine Cleaner, (plus a brush to agitate the product if your engine is really dirty) and a hose for rinsing off. It’s a spray-and-go exercise because this product doesn’t like to be left to dry.
Fast acting
Rapidly cleaning engines, components, tools and machinery, this water-based formula dissolves oil, grease and grime fast, leaving you with an engine to be proud of. And more time to finesse the shine on the rest of your car.
Tough but safe
While our Engine & Machine Cleaner is ready to tackle the toughest of dirt, underneath it purrs gently. Which means it's safe to use on everything from plastic engine covers, to painted and unpainted sections. If it's under the bonnet, it's safe.
Always work on a cold engine. Protect vulnerable items with plastic film or waterproof tape. Test a small area before using on plated metals and avoid application to highly polished alloy finishes.
Apply generously and use a brush to agitate surfaces.
Hose off from the lower areas up to reveal the clean and sparkling finish. Do not allow product to dry. Avoid flooding air intakes, sensitive electrical components and using a pressure wash.
After cleaning, spray the wet surfaces with Vinyl & Rubber Care, and allow it to dry. This leaves all your plastic and rubber looking like new.
Q: Should I use Engine and Machine Cleaner with warm or cold water? A: We would advise to use Engine and Machine Cleaner with cold water. It is very important to work on a cold engine to avoid the detergent drying too quickly on hot surfaces. Always ensure it is completely rinsed after cleaning.
Q: Can I use Engine and Machine Cleaner on plastic or rubber engine components? A: Yes, Engine and Machine Cleaner is an extremely easy to use spray on, brush and hose off cleaner for all metal, plastic or rubber engine components and surrounding paintwork.
A brilliant cleaner for your brilliant machine. Formulated for all round usage, our Motorcycle Cleaner will restore the gleam to your bike ready for your next ride.
Treat interior and exterior plastic and rubber components with Vinyl & Rubber Care – the easiest way to restore and add protection to weathered or faded surfaces.
